Are items double-boxed?Updated an hour ago
Yes. Every item that ships from PUSHAS is double-boxed, so the original box travels inside an outer delivery box and is never handled by a carrier directly.
Why does PUSHAS double-box?
Because the box is part of what you bought.
In this category the original packaging carries real value. A crushed sneaker box, a creased collectible box, a torn lid: each one takes something off a piece that was sold as brand new and deadstock. A carrier has no reason to treat an original box as anything other than a parcel. So we do not let them see it.
The outer box is the one that takes the journey. The original box arrives as it left us.
What about collectibles?
The same, and it matters more.
With a designer toy, a figure or a sealed set, the packaging often is the piece. A collectible whose box has been dented is not the same object it was before. Those are packed with that in mind.
What about streetwear and items that have no original box?
Not everything arrives in a box to begin with.
Where a piece has no original box, it is protected and packed inside a delivery box so it arrives flat, clean and unmarked. Where a piece is sold without its original box, the listing says so before you buy, never after.
Does double-boxing cost extra?
No. It is how every PUSHAS order is sent, at every price.
What if my box arrives damaged anyway?
Contact us.
Parcels are handled by people and machines we do not control, and occasionally one arrives worse than it left. Photograph the outer box and the original box before unpacking any further, and send those through with your order number. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
For sellers: do I need to double-box when sending to PUSHAS?
Yes, and for the same reason. An original box damaged on its way to us is damaged before it is ever authenticated, and that lands on the payout.
