At PUSHAS, we offer a range of limited edition blind box collectibles that are highly sought-after by collectors across the region. When you purchase a blind box from us, you’re buying into the excitement and surprise that comes with not knowing exactly which figure is inside.

All blind boxes are sold sealed, exactly as they are received from the manufacturer. This means the item inside is random and not chosen by PUSHAS or any of our sellers.

We do not open, inspect, or alter blind boxes in any way before shipping them to you.

Manufacturing Flaws

Because blind boxes are mass-produced items, there may be minor manufacturing imperfections or variances such as paint smudges, slight misprints, or uneven finishing. These are common across all blind box products globally.

PUSHAS is not liable for any factory-related imperfections that may appear on the item you receive. We guarantee that all blind boxes are authentic and brand new, but we cannot guarantee that they will be flawless.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the sealed and random nature of blind box collectibles, all blind box sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or replacements for the following reasons:

• You received a character or item you didn’t want

• The item has factory imperfections

• You opened the box and want to return it
