Can I return a graded card (slab)?Updated 3 hours ago
Yes, provided the slab comes back sealed, intact and unopened. Graded cards follow our standard returns policy, exactly as it arrived, with the grader's label and certification number unchanged.
What can't be returned?
A slab that has been opened, cracked, resealed or tampered with, or sent for regrading or crossover, after delivery. Once a slab is opened, the grade no longer applies to the card, so it can't come back.
What if my slab arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?
That is a claim, not a change of mind. Email [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photographs, and we'll send you a prepaid label. Keep all packaging until it's resolved.
Can I return a slab because I disagree with the grade?
No. The grade is the independent assessment of the grading company shown on the label, not PUSHAS. A different view of the card's condition, or a different grade from another grader, isn't grounds for a return or claim.
Will I receive the slab in the photos?
Listing images show the card for reference. You receive the same card at the grade you selected, in its own slab with its own certification number.
