Yes. Every item on PUSHAS comes with its original packaging unless the listing says otherwise. Where anything is missing or damaged beyond ordinary wear, it is stated on the listing before you buy.
Sneakers
Brand new, unworn, and supplied in their original box.
Streetwear
Unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached where the piece came with them. Original packaging such as dust bags or branded boxes is included where it was supplied at retail.
Collectibles
Unopened and in their original packaging.
On a sealed collectible the packaging is a large part of what you are buying, so its condition is described carefully on the listing.
What condition will the packaging be in?
Boxes pick up marks between the retailer, the courier and the seller. Minor dents, scuffs and small rips are normal, the same as in any store, and are not called out individually.
Anything beyond that is disclosed. A box with real damage is marked on the listing as a damaged box, so you know what is arriving before you commit.
What accessories are included?
Whatever came with the piece at retail, where the seller still has it. Spare laces, tags, stickers and cards may or may not be included, and this varies by item rather than by seller.

Where would I see it if something was missing?
On the listing itself, before you buy. Nothing is disclosed after the fact.
Condition is assessed by hand as part of authentication, and a listing has to describe the piece accurately for it to pass. That check happens before dispatch, not after you have opened the parcel.
What if my order arrives without what was described?
