How and when do I get paid from PUSHAS?Updated 2 hours ago
You are paid the payout you set when you listed the item. PUSHAS runs payments every Thursday, AEST, or the next business day after a confirmed sale if you opt into Priority Payment. Payment is made by direct bank transfer or PayPal, to the details you provide during onboarding.
How much am I paid?
The payout you set on the listing. That is the number you entered, and it is the number that reaches your account. There is nothing to calculate and nothing taken off it at the point of sale.
If you owe anything under your Seller Agreement, it is settled against your payment.
How do I get paid?
By direct bank transfer, or through PayPal.
You provide your payment details when you are onboarded, by replying to your welcome email. If your details change, tell your dedicated account manager or email [email protected].

When do I get paid?
Payments run every Thursday, AEST. A sale is paid once the order has been fulfilled.
Orders fulfilled up to Sunday night are paid that Thursday. Anything fulfilled from Monday onwards is paid in the following week's run.
Onsite
Your item is already with us and already authenticated, so it is fulfilled the moment it sells. A sale made before Sunday night is paid that Thursday.
Offsite
Payment is approved once we have received your piece, authenticated it and fulfilled the order. The clock runs on fulfillment, not on the sale, so the sooner your item reaches us the sooner it is paid.
This is worth understanding, because the difference is larger than it looks. An order fulfilled on Sunday night is paid four days later. The same order fulfilled on Monday morning waits until the Thursday of the following week.
Can I get paid faster?
Yes. Priority Payment pays you the next business day after a confirmed sale, instead of waiting for the weekly run.
It is opt-in, and costs 2.8% of the payout on each sale paid this way. On a $250 payout, that is $7.
Standard payments cycle weekly, so a sale can sit for up to a week before it reaches you. Priority Payment suits sellers who are reinvesting quickly and would rather have capital back in circulation than waiting on the cycle. If cash flow is not the constraint, the weekly run costs you nothing.
You can turn Priority Payment on in the Seller Platform, or ask your dedicated account manager to set it up.
What currency am I paid in?
AUD. Sales on PUSHAS are made in Australian dollars, and that is the currency your payout is made in.
If your account is held in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts it on receipt, at their rate. Any conversion charges, intermediary bank charges, and any difference in the rate applied are borne by you. They are not set by PUSHAS and they are not deducted by us.
If you hold an AUD account, you avoid conversion entirely and receive your payout whole. It is worth considering if you sell with us regularly.
