If a redelivery is required due to insufficient and/or incorrect details, or the buyer is not present for the delivery, the buyer is responsible for covering the redelivery cost.
As PUSHAS does not offer refunds or exchanges, PUSHAS will hold the parcel until the redelivery cost has been transferred before shipping the parcel back to you.
