PUSHAS Customer Code of ConductUpdated 12 days ago

PUSHAS expects everyone who deals with our team to do so with courtesy, honesty and good faith. We hold ourselves to the same standard, and this page sets out both halves of it.

Access to PUSHAS is a privilege. It is extended to buyers and sellers who want to be part of something well run, and it is withdrawn very rarely, from people who make that impossible.

What PUSHAS asks of you

  • Speak to our team as you would want to be spoken to. No abuse, no threats, no slurs, no harassment.
  • Be straight with us. Claims, returns and authenticity concerns are taken seriously, which is only possible because the overwhelming majority are made in good faith.
  • Keep it on the platform. Arranging around PUSHAS removes the authentication, the guarantee and the protection that make this work for both sides.
  • Respect other people's privacy. Buyers and sellers are real people, and their details are not yours to share or pursue.
  • Follow the law, and the policies set out across this help centre.

What PUSHAS owes you

A code that only runs one way is not a code. Ours runs both.

  • A person, not a script. Every message is read and answered by a member of our team.
  • A straight answer. Including when the answer is no, and including when the reason is one we would rather not give.
  • A fair hearing. Raise a concern and it is assessed on what happened, not on how long you have been with us or what you have spent.
  • Your rights, intact. Nothing on this page reduces what you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.

What happens if this is not followed?

Almost always, a conversation. Most of what reaches us is a bad day rather than a bad actor, and it is treated that way.

Where conduct is serious or repeated, access to PUSHAS may be limited or removed. We will tell you when that happens and why. Abuse of our team, and claims made in bad faith, are the two that move fastest.

If I lose access, what happens to my order?

An order you have already placed is still your order.

Losing access to the platform does not cancel it, does not void the Authenticity and Legitimacy Guarantee, and does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Those exist independently of whether we continue to trade with each other.

How do I raise a concern about PUSHAS?

Directly, and we would rather hear it than not.

If a member of our team has fallen short of what is set out above, email [email protected] with your order number and what happened. A standard that is only enforced in one direction is not a standard.
