PUSHAS Seller Code of ConductUpdated 15 hours ago
This Code of Conduct applies to every PUSHAS seller. By creating a seller account you agree to it, and it stands for as long as your account exists.
PUSHAS is built on trust. Between us and our sellers, between our sellers and the buyers they serve, and between PUSHAS and the market we have spent years earning a place in. This Code sets the standard we hold that trust to.
How we expect sellers to conduct themselves
Professionally, courteously and in good faith. That is the whole of it, and for almost every seller it requires no thought at all.
Our team
Our team will treat you with respect, and we expect the same in return.
Offensive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory language is not tolerated. Neither is harassment of any kind. This applies across every channel you reach us through: email, phone, messaging, social media, and in person at our facilities.
Disagreements happen, and we would rather hear them than not. Bring them constructively.
Our brand
PUSHAS has spent years building the reputation our sellers trade on. That reputation is a shared asset, and we protect it.
Sellers must not make statements about PUSHAS, our team, our buyers or our partners that are false, misleading, malicious, or made to damage us. This applies on the platform and anywhere else: social media, community forums, group chats, messaging apps, and conversations with other sellers and buyers. It applies whether or not you are identified as a PUSHAS seller at the time.
Honest feedback is not disparagement, and we would far rather have it than not. Bring it to us directly at [email protected] and we will act on it.
What we will not accept is a seller trading on our reputation while working against it.
The integrity of the marketplace
- List honestly. Describe condition accurately, and declare box condition where it applies.
- Never send counterfeit product. Any seller found doing so is removed from the platform permanently.
- Do not manipulate listings or the queue through duplicate accounts, false listings or coordinated pricing.
- Do not take buyers off the platform. Buyers reached through PUSHAS are to be transacted with through PUSHAS.
Confidentiality and security
Our facility addresses, drop-off locations, internal processes and any non-public information you are given in the course of selling with us are confidential. They are not to be shared with anyone outside your account.
Do not share your account access. You are responsible for everything done under your account.
A serious breach of security or confidentiality results in immediate termination.
Legal compliance
Sellers are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to them, including their own tax obligations and any import or customs requirements in their market.
How this Code is enforced
PUSHAS reserves the right to act on any breach of this Code at its discretion. Depending on what has happened, that may mean:
- A warning
- Restricted access to the Seller Platform or to a selling channel
- Suspension or removal of listings
- Suspension of the account
- Permanent removal from the platform
Where conduct is serious, we will act immediately and without notice. We may also update this Code from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Raising a concern
If something is wrong, tell us. Contact your account manager or email [email protected]. A concern raised directly is one we can do something about.
Most sellers will never need to think about this Code. It exists for the small number who make it necessary.
