Will the colour be exactly like the picture?Updated 33 minutes ago

Screen colour varies, but the colourway does not. What PUSHAS guarantees is that the item you receive is the exact colourway named on the listing.

Why does the colour look different on my screen?

Because no two screens agree.

Brightness, colour profile, night mode, and whether you are looking at a phone or a desktop all shift how a colour renders. Lighting at the time of the photograph does the same. A white will read warmer or cooler depending on all of it.

This is true of every online retailer. It is worth knowing rather than worrying about, because it is not what you are relying on.

So what am I actually guaranteed?

The colourway.

In this category the colourway is the description. Chicago, Bred, Panda, Triple White: these are not adjectives, they are specific, documented releases with fixed colour placements. When a listing names one, that is what the item is, and authentication confirms it before dispatch.

A screen can misrepresent a shade. It cannot turn one colourway into another.

Are the photographs of the exact item I will receive?

Listing photographs show the model and colourway, not the individual item.

Every size on a listing can be supplied by a different seller, so the images represent the release rather than one particular example of it. What ties the photograph to your order is the colourway, the model and the condition described, and all three are checked at authentication.

If you want to see the actual item before it ships, ask us.

Will an older release look like its original press photos?

Not always, and this is worth understanding before you buy.

Materials change with time. Foam, adhesives, rubber and fabric can discolour, and a white midsole or a pale panel on a release from some years ago will often sit warmer than it did on release day, however carefully it has been kept. Photographs taken at launch show it as it was then.

That is the nature of an older release rather than a flaw in the individual item, and it is one of the reasons these releases are collected.

What if the item is not the colourway described?

Contact us.

An item that is not the colourway named on the listing is not as described, and that is not a colour calibration question. Every order is covered by our Authenticity and Legitimacy Guarantee, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.

Can I ask about an item before I buy?

Always, and we would rather you did.

If you are unsure about a shade, a finish or how a release has aged, ask before ordering. The cancellation window is 2 hours, so a question beforehand is worth considerably more than one afterwards.
