How do I pack my items when shipping stock to PUSHAS?Updated 2 hours ago
Every item travels in its own original box, and those boxes travel inside a larger, sturdy outer box with no room to move. Nothing is ever sent in a satchel. Packing is the seller's responsibility, and damage caused by poor packing is the seller's cost.
How to pack
- Keep each item in its original box. That box is part of what the buyer is paying for.
- Place those boxes inside a larger, sturdy outer box. One outer box, in good condition.
- Leave no more than 1cm of space between the inner boxes and the walls of the outer box.
- Fill every air gap with bubble wrap or cardboard, so nothing shifts in transit.
- Make sure the boxes are not crushing each other. Packed tight is not the same as packed hard.
- Tape the parcel securely along every seam.
What is not acceptable
Inventory that arrives packed this way is at risk, and anything that happens to it is on you.
- Item boxes sent in satchels
- Outer boxes with no bubble wrap or padding inside
- Outer boxes that are already damaged
- Several boxes taped together to improvise a larger one
- Loose items with no box of their own
Streetwear
Keep apparel sealed in its original packaging where it came in any, with tags attached and untouched. Pack it flat inside a sturdy outer box, not a satchel, so it arrives uncreased and undamaged.
Collectibles
Collectibles need the most care of anything you send us, because on a sealed piece the packaging is the product. A dented figure box is not a cosmetic issue, it is a drop in value.
Wrap each piece individually, leave no movement inside the outer box at all, and use more padding than you think is necessary. Trading cards and sealed sets should be protected against both crushing and bending.
Why this matters
Your inventory is authenticated on arrival, and its condition is assessed as part of that. A box that leaves you in good condition and arrives crushed becomes a damaged box, and a damaged box listing sits below equivalent listings in the same size.
So poor packing does not just risk the item. It costs you the payout you set, on a piece that was fine when it left you.
Where do I get boxes?
Ordinary cardboard boxes from any packaging supplier, office supply store or removalist will do, as long as they are sturdy and undamaged.
