How do I ship my items to PUSHAS?Updated an hour ago
Shipping your inventory to PUSHAS is your cost, and where you send it depends on where you are. Australian sellers ship to Sydney, United States sellers ship to Los Angeles, and every other seller ships to Hong Kong.
Where do I send my inventory?
- Australia to our Sydney distribution center.
- United States to our Los Angeles distribution center.
- Everywhere else to our Hong Kong distribution center.
Addresses are provided during onboarding and are in the Seller Platform. Send to the center for your market, not the one nearest your buyer.
Before you ship, list it
Everything must be listed in the Seller Platform before it arrives. The listing is how we identify your inventory when it lands, and anything that turns up without one cannot be matched to you or made live.
Australian sellers
Ship to our Sydney distribution center. You have three ways to do it.
Use your own label
Ship with any carrier you like. This is also the option to take if you want your inventory insured in transit, since you control the cover.
Buy a PUSHAS label
PUSHAS labels are available through Couriers Please, Aramex and Australia Post. They are offered in Australia only.
- Couriers Please. Door to door. Up to 8 items per box, per label.
- Aramex. Door to door.
- Australia Post. Drop your parcel at your nearest Australia Post outlet. Up to 4 items per box, per label.
- Buy PUSHAS shipping labels
Drop off in Sydney
Sydney sellers can drop inventory in person, by booking ahead. Our drop-off location is for PUSHAS sellers only and is not to be shared outside your account.
United States sellers
Ship to our Los Angeles distribution center, using your own labels and at your own cost. PUSHAS labels are not available outside Australia.
There is no per-label limit on your own carrier. Send as many items in one box as you can pack properly.
All other international sellers
Ship to our Hong Kong distribution center, using your own labels and at your own cost.
As with the United States, there is no per-label limit when you use your own carrier.
Pack it properly
Most transit damage is a packing problem, not a carrier problem. Every item needs to be in its own box, and those boxes need to sit inside a larger, sturdy outer box with padding.
Who carries the risk in transit?
You do, until your inventory is received and accepted at a PUSHAS distribution center.
PUSHAS labels do not include insurance. If something goes missing in transit on a PUSHAS label, we will open an investigation with the carrier and help you push it toward a resolution, but PUSHAS is not liable for inventory lost before it reaches us.
If you want your inventory covered in transit, buy your own labels with the level of insurance you want. That is the only way to hold cover on a shipment on its way to us, and it is worth weighing on higher value consignments.
What happens when it arrives?
Your inventory is authenticated by hand, matched against your listings, and accepted into our inventory. From that point it carries the Fastest label and dispatches the moment a buyer commits.
Check your listings once they have been received, and raise anything that does not look right promptly.
