How do I withdraw/request for my items back?Updated an hour ago
Withdraw the piece in the Seller Platform, then tell us how you want it returned. There is no charge for the withdrawal itself. You cover the shipping and packing to get it back to you, and a piece withdrawn inside its first 14 days attracts a charge.
How do I withdraw?
Inventory held onsite
- Withdraw the piece in the Seller Platform.
- Email [email protected] with the SKU and how you want it returned: in-person pickup, your own label, or a PUSHAS label.
Inventory held offsite
Withdraw it in the Seller Platform, or set the quantity to zero. It is already with you, so there is nothing to return and nothing to pay.
What does it cost?
Nothing for the withdrawal itself. What you pay depends on how you want the piece back.
- In-person pickup. No shipping and no packing charge. Book a time and collect.
- Your own label. $5 packing, covering up to 3 items.
- A PUSHAS label. $15 per label, or $25 for New Zealand, plus $5 packing per item.
Collecting in person is free. If you are in Sydney and the pieces are here, it is worth the trip.
The first 14 days
A listing needs to stay live for at least 14 days. A piece withdrawn inside that window attracts a $5 charge per item.
After 14 days you can withdraw and relist as often as you like, with no additional charge.
When do withdrawals happen?
We process withdrawals twice a week, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. A request made outside those days is picked up on the next one.
Worth factoring in if you need a piece back by a particular date.
What if I have sold the piece elsewhere?
We can ship it straight to your buyer. Email [email protected] with the SKU and the delivery address. You cover the shipping and the packing charge, as with any withdrawal.
If the piece is held offsite it is already with you, so withdraw it in the Seller Platform or set the quantity to zero.
Is there a limit on how often I can withdraw?
No. Outside the first 14 days, withdraw and relist as often as suits you.
