<p id="isPasted">If your stock goes missing after it has been accepted at the warehouse, we will insure your stock up to the payout value (value listed on the portal minus fees) at the time of the event occurring.</p><h2 id="what-happens-if-my-stock-deteriorates-during-storage">What happens if my stock deteriorates during storage?</h2><p>Sellers understand there is a risk of deterioration in aged sneakers due to the materials used in the manufacturing process, which is common for many brands. This includes, but not limited to: sole crumbling, detachment of panels, tears in old materials and discolouration. PUSHAS takes reasonable action to ensure an optimal storage facility. However, this does not guarantee zero deterioration. Sellers agree that PUSHAS does not take responsibility for deterioration of items and has a right to return stock if an item is no longer at an appropriate quality of standard upon sale.</p>

Is my stock insured at the warehouse?

For items held onsite, sellers will need to ‘Withdraw’ their sneakers on the Consignor Portal and email sell@pushas.com the SKU they would like returned and the method of withdrawal: In-person pickup, using your own label or using a PUSHAS label. For

Alternatively, you can also change the qty of the stock to 0 on the Consignor Portal.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Is there a withdrawal fee if I request for my items back?</h2><p>There are no withdrawal fees for requesting your sneakers back. However, sellers are responsible for the shipping and packing costs back to them.</p><p><strong>In-person pickup:</strong> For sellers who pick up their items themselves from one of our warehouses, you will need to just book a time to pick up your items. There are no shipping or packing fees for this method.</p><p><strong>Using your own label:</strong> For sellers using their own label and would like us to pack the item and ship it out to an address, a packing fee of $5 (for up to 3 items) is charged to cover the costs of boxes, labour and other shipping packaging.</p><p><strong>Using a PUSHAS label:</strong> For sellers who would like to use a PUSHAS label, they are available for purchase for $15 a label. A packing fee of $5 per item will also apply to cover the increasing weight for the shipping and cost of.boxes, labour and other shipping packaging.</p><p>For NZ based sellers who would like to use a PUSHAS label, they are available for purchase for $25 a label. A packing fee of $5 per item will also apply to cover the increasing weight for the shipping and cost of boxes, labour and other shipping packaging.</p><h2 id="isPasted">Is there a time period that my item needs to stay at PUSHAS once accepted into the warehouse?</h2><p id="isPasted">Items must remain listed for a minimum of 14 days. If an item is withdrawn within this period, a $5 fee per item will be incurred. After the initial 14 days, you may withdraw and relist items without any additional charges.</p><h2 id="what-happens-if-i-find-another-buyer-or-my-items-have-sold-elsewhere">What happens if I find another buyer or my items have sold elsewhere?</h2><p>We can ship the sneakers directly to your buyer for you. We do require that you cover the shipping cost and packing fee.</p><p>If your stock is held remotely/offsite, simply withdraw the stock from the Consignor Portal. Alternatively, you can also change the qty of the stock to 0 on the consignor portal.</p><h2 id="isPasted">How often can I withdraw my items?</h2><p>Our team does withdrawals weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Any withdrawal requests outside of these days will occur on the next Tuesday or Thursday.</p>
