If your stock goes missing after it has been accepted at the warehouse, we will insure your stock up to the payout value (value listed on the portal minus fees) at the time of the event occurring.

What happens if my stock deteriorates during storage?

Sellers understand there is a risk of deterioration in aged sneakers due to the materials used in the manufacturing process, which is common for many brands. This includes, but not limited to: sole crumbling, detachment of panels, tears in old materials and discolouration. PUSHAS takes reasonable action to ensure an optimal storage facility. However, this does not guarantee zero deterioration. Sellers agree that PUSHAS does not take responsibility for deterioration of items and has a right to return stock if an item is no longer at an appropriate quality of standard upon sale.
