What happens if my stock gets lost during transit?Updated a year ago
Sellers are responsible for their stock up until the point that it is accepted by the PUSHAS team. If your stock goes missing in transit to our warehouse using our carrier labels, we will start an investigation with the delivery carrier to help reach a resolution, however, PUSHAS will not be liable for this stock. If sellers would like to insure their stock during transit, it is up to sellers to purchase their own labels.
If your stock is being withdrawn or was sold to a private buyer and goes missing in transit after being shipped out from our warehouse using our carrier labels, we will start an investigation with the delivery carrier to help reach a resolution. Please note, for all shipments, PUSHAS does not provide insurance on items during transit, it is up to sellers to purchase their own insurance.
My tracking details show my item was delivered to the warehouse, but it has not yet been received or paid out by PUSHAS.
If your tracking details show your item was delivered to our warehouse, but it has not been received or paid to you by PUSHAS, please email [email protected] for updates.
In order for PUSHAS to start an investigation:
- Sellers must contact [email protected] with the sold SKU, tracking number and a copy of the label used within 5 business days of the tracking status showing ‘Delivered’.
- Sellers must have provided PUSHAS with a tracking number within 2 business days after the original sold email was sent.
In cases where the outlined steps are not followed, PUSHAS reserves the right to review each situation individually and work closely with sellers to resolve any delivery-related issues through fair and open communication.
