Will there be duties and tariffs on my order?Updated 2 hours ago
Duties and taxes are charged according to the rules of the country you are in, and they are calculated at checkout, so you see the amount before you pay. PUSHAS remits them, so there is no separate customs bill waiting for you.
Orders above $1,000 may be subject to further duties and taxes on arrival, depending on where you are.
Buying in the United States?
The United States removed its duty free allowance for imports in August 2025. Anything sent to you from outside the country now carries duty, whatever it cost.
The amount depends on the product classification and where the parcel is sent from, and it is shown to you at checkout.
Buying in Australia?
For almost every order, nothing to pay beyond the price shown. Prices are in Australian dollars and GST inclusive, and where an item comes to you from overseas we handle the GST.
The exception is an order over 1,000 Australian dollars sent to you directly from a seller overseas. That is a formal import, so customs assesses duty and GST on arrival.
An item already held in our Sydney distribution center is not an import at all, at any value. Those are the listings marked Fastest.
Buying anywhere else?
Your country's rules apply, and the amount is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Several countries have reduced or removed their duty free allowances for low value imports recently, including across the European Union during 2026, so a figure may appear where none did on an earlier order. That is the current rule rather than a change at our end.
Will I be charged again on delivery?
You should not be. It was settled at checkout.
If a carrier contacts you asking for money on a PUSHAS order, do not pay it. Send us the notice with your order number and we will sort it out.
What if my parcel is held or returned?
Contact us with your order number and anything the carrier or customs has sent you. Parcels are sometimes held for an inspection or a paperwork query rather than for money, and most clear on their own.
A parcel that comes back to us can be sent out again at your cost, and a second shipment is a new import, so duty and tax can apply again. Worth checking your address carefully before you confirm.
