Will there be duties and tariffs on my order?Updated 6 days ago
It depends where you are.
- Australia: prices include GST, and any duties are calculated at checkout.
- Outside Australia: import duties and taxes may be charged by your country when the parcel arrives, and are paid by you.
Buying in Australia
For almost every order, there is nothing to pay beyond the price shown at checkout.
Occasionally an order is fulfilled from one of our overseas facilities. Orders over A$1,000 shipped this way are a formal import, so they may attract import duty and GST, collected by the carrier or Australian Border Force on arrival. Because you cannot always tell where an item will ship from, please treat this as a possibility on higher value orders.
Buying outside Australia
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT or GST) and brokerage set by your country's customs authority. These are collected by the carrier on delivery, and are your responsibility.
Rules change often. The United States removed its duty-free allowance in 2025, and several other countries have reduced theirs, so a charge may apply where none did on an earlier order. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
Are duties refunded if I return an item?
Not on change of mind returns, unless the law requires it. If an item is confirmed not authentic, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us and we will work through it with you.
What if my parcel is held or refused?
Contact us with your order number and anything the carrier or customs has sent you. A parcel that is refused or returned can be reshipped at your cost, and a second shipment is a new import, so duties and taxes can apply again.
