When will I receive my Tracking?Updated an hour ago

Your tracking number is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. Until then there is nothing to track, because the parcel has not left us yet.

How long that takes depends on where your item started, which is explained below.

Where do I find my tracking number?

It is sent to the email address on your order as soon as the parcel is dispatched. Check your junk folder if you cannot find it.

Why has my order not shipped yet?

Every order passes through a PUSHAS distribution center and is authenticated by hand before it is dispatched. Where your item was when you bought it decides how long that takes.

Items marked Fastest

These are already with us and already authenticated. They dispatch immediately, and they are the quickest way to receive an order from PUSHAS.

Items coming from a seller

Some items are held by the seller rather than by us. When you buy one, the seller ships it to a PUSHAS distribution center, we authenticate it there, and then it goes out to you.

That is an extra leg before the parcel starts its journey to your door, and it is the most common reason an order takes longer than expected.

Items moving between our distribution centers

We hold inventory across Sydney, Hong Kong and Los Angeles. Occasionally your item is at a different center to the one dispatching your order, and it is moved before it ships.

Why does authentication add time?

Because it is done by hand, by a specialist, on every single item.

We do not shorten the check to shorten the wait. An order that arrives a day later is a better outcome than an order that arrives wrong, and it is the reason you can buy from PUSHAS without wondering what you are going to open.

My tracking has not updated in a few days

Once your parcel is with the carrier, delivery is in their hands. Scans can be irregular, particularly over weekends, public holidays and international legs, and a quiet tracking page usually means a parcel between scans rather than a parcel in trouble.

If it has been sitting without movement and you are concerned, contact us and we will look into it with the carrier.

Still waiting?

Contact our team with your order number and we will find out exactly where it is.
