What limits most sellers is everything that follows: presenting it, protecting it, moving it, and standing behind it when something goes wrong. We built the infrastructure so our sellers never have to.</p><p>You set the payout you want on each item. We take care of authentication, storage, fulfillment, customer service and returns, and you are paid weekly. One number to set. They may or may not include the additional accessories that were supplied at retail, such as spare laces, stickers and cards.</p><p>Some characteristics are normal on brand new product and do not affect the classification:</p><ul><li>Slight imperfections or factory flaws from the manufacturer</li><li>Sneakers that were unlaced or tried on for fit in store by the retailer</li><li>Boxes that picked up minor damage in transit between the retailer and the seller</li></ul><h2 id="what-condition-will-the-box-be-in">What condition will the box be in?</h2><p>Minor dents and rips are normal, as they are in any sneaker store, and are accepted without comment. Anything beyond that is disclosed on the listing.</p><h3 id="damaged-boxes">Damaged boxes</h3><p>PUSHAS accepts items with damaged boxes, provided the damage has not affected the item inside. This is a property of the materials used in manufacture and is common across brands. Nothing ships until it has passed.</p><h2 id="who-carries-out-authentication">Who carries out authentication?</h2><p>Authentication is done by PUSHAS specialists who have handled thousands of pieces across sneakers, streetwear and collectibles. They are trained and tested continuously, because the counterfeit market does not stand still and neither can the standard held against it.</p><p>No item is authenticated by photograph or by algorithm alone. Every piece is handled.</p><h2 id="what-is-checked">What is checked?</h2><p>Authentication is a multi-step process. Our specialists work through the piece in stages and assess each against our internal standard.</p><ul><li><strong>The packaging.</strong> The box or outer packaging, the labelling, and the condition it arrived in.</li><li><strong>The accessories.</strong> Spare laces, tags, cards, stickers and anything else supplied at retail.</li><li><strong>The item.</strong> Physical and sensory checks across construction, materials and finish.</li><li><strong>The condition.</strong> Confirmation that the piece is brand new and unworn, and that the listing describes it accurately.</li></ul><p>The standard is ours, it is internal, and it does not move.</p><h2 id="when-does-authentication-happen">When does authentication happen?</h2><p>Every item is authenticated inside a PUSHAS facility before it reaches a buyer. When that happens depends on how the seller listed it.</p><ul><li><strong>Onsite.</strong> Inventory is sent to a PUSHAS facility ahead of any sale. It is authenticated on arrival and only then accepted into our inventory. When it sells, it is already with us and dispatches immediately.</li><li><strong>Offsite.</strong> The seller holds the inventory and sends it to us once a sale is made. It is authenticated on arrival, then dispatched to the buyer.</li></ul><h2 id="why-does-an-order-sometimes-take-longer-to-arrive">Why does an order sometimes take longer to arrive?</h2><p>Because every order passes through a PUSHAS facility, and that adds time a direct post does not.</p><p>An offsite item travels to us first, is authenticated, and is only then dispatched to you. That is an additional leg and an additional check before it reaches your door. We do not shorten the check to shorten the wait. An order that arrives a day later is a better outcome than an order that arrives wrong.</p><p>If you want the shortest possible wait, look for pieces marked <strong>Fastest</strong>. Every piece on the marketplace comes from a seller we have vetted and continue to monitor. Any seller found sending counterfeit product is removed from the platform permanently.</p><h2 id="what-happens-if-an-item-does-not-pass">What happens if an item does not pass?</h2><p>It does not ship. The order does not proceed, and the buyer is looked after under our guarantee.</p><p>For the seller, inventory that does not pass can be returned at their own cost.
