Do you do trades if I change my mind?Updated 7 days ago
No. PUSHAS does not offer trades, exchanges or swaps. There are other options depending on when you ordered, set out below.
Why not?
Most items on PUSHAS belong to a seller until you buy them, and once you do, that seller is paid. There is no back room of substitutes to swap you into.
What can I do instead?
Within 2 hours of ordering. Cancel the order in your PUSHAS account for a full refund, and buy the item you actually want.
Within 14 days of delivery. Return the item for 100% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit, which you can put straight toward the item you would have traded for, or 90% back to your original payment method.
15 to 90 days after delivery. Return the item for 90% of the item value as PUSHAS Store Credit.
You pay return shipping, and the item must be unworn with the PUSHAS tag attached.
What if the item is not what was described?
That is separate. If your item arrives not authentic, damaged, incorrect or not as described, tell us within 14 days of delivery and a confirmed claim is refunded in full.
