Do you do trades if I change my mind?Updated a day ago
No. PUSHAS does not offer trades, exchanges or swaps. There are other options depending on how long ago you ordered, and they are below.
Why not?
Because we do not own what we sell.
Every item on PUSHAS belongs to a seller until you buy it, and once you do, that seller is paid. There is no PUSHAS-owned inventory sitting behind the marketplace to swap you into, and the item you would be trading away now belongs to you rather than to us.
It is the honest limitation of a curated marketplace rather than a retailer. We do not hold a back room of substitutes, because every item here was placed with us by someone who owns it.
What can I do instead?
It depends on when you ordered.
Within 2 hours. Cancel the order in your PUSHAS account and buy the item you actually want. Nothing is lost.
After 2 hours. You can return the item with a 10% handling charge, and receive 90% of the item value, excluding shipping, as PUSHAS store credit. That credit can go toward whatever you would have traded for.
What if the item is not what was described?
That is separate, and none of the above applies to it.
If your item arrives and is not authentic, not as described, or not fit for use, contact us. Every order is covered by our Authenticity and Legitimacy Guarantee, and your rights under Australian Consumer Law are unaffected.
Before you order
The two hour window is short, so it is worth a moment with the listing first. If you are unsure about sizing or want to check something about an item, ask us before you buy. We would far rather answer a question than watch you lose 10% to a change of mind.
