What happens when I order a 'Fastest' and a 'Non-Fastest' item in one transaction?Updated 11 hours ago
Your order ships once, complete, so a mixed order moves at the pace of its slowest item. The Fastest pieces wait with us until the rest of the order arrives and is authenticated, then everything is dispatched together.
Why does the whole order wait?
Because we send one parcel, not several.
A piece marked Fastest is already held in a PUSHAS distribution center and already authenticated, so on its own it would dispatch immediately. Anything not marked Fastest is held by the seller, and has to reach us and pass authentication before it can go anywhere.
When both are in one order, the Fastest piece is set aside and held until the rest of the order is ready.
What if all my items are Fastest?
The order dispatches as soon as it can. Everything is already with us and already through authentication, so there is nothing to wait for.
This is the quickest way to receive an order from PUSHAS.
I want the Fastest item sooner. What can I do?
Place them as separate orders.
The Fastest piece then dispatches straight away, and the other item follows when it reaches us. Two orders means two deliveries, so check the shipping at checkout before you decide.
It is worth doing if one piece is time-sensitive and the other is not.
How do I tell which is which before I buy?
Look for the Fastest label on the listing. If it is there, the piece is with us. If it is not, it is coming from the seller.
When will I get tracking?
When the parcel is dispatched, which on a mixed order is once every item has arrived and been authenticated.
